Express Recipe Of Rum Arranged With Lychees

Ingredients :

  • 1 box of lychees in syrup
  • 1 liter of agricultural white rum 50°C
  • 1 lime
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 cinnamon stick


Drain the lychees and keep the syrup, set it aside.

  • Mix the zest with the lychees and put them in a bottle with a cork
  • In a saucepan, put the syrup and bring it to a boil, add the lime juice squeezed by hand.

  • Put everything in the bottle with the lychees and close the bottle
