Express Recipe Of Rum Arranged With Lychees
- 1 box of lychees in syrup
- 1 liter of agricultural white rum 50°C
- 1 lime
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 cinnamon stick
Preperation:
Drain the lychees and keep the syrup, set it aside.
- Wash the lime and with a zester or a fine grater, grate the skin lightly.
- Mix the zest with the lychees and put them in a bottle with a cork
- In a saucepan, put the syrup and bring it to a boil, add the lime juice squeezed by hand.
- Let the preparation cool, add the white rum
- Put everything in the bottle with the lychees and close the bottle
- Place the bottle in a cupboard for a few days and taste.
- Add sugar if the preparation is not sweet enough.
