Mai Thai

Ingredients :

  • 5 cl of Rhum & Sens, Ti-punch for L
  • 3 cl of amber rum
  • 3 cl of triple sec
  • 0.5 cl cane sugar syrup
  • 1 cl lime juice
  • 1.5 cl of orgeat syrup
  • Shaved Ice
  • A tulip cocktail glass

Preparation of the cocktail:

  • Pour the white rum, triple sec, syrup and fresh lime juice into a shaker half filled with crushed ice.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Filter the ice cubes with a cocktail strainer then pour the preparation into a “tulip glass” type glass.
  • Add the amber rum on top of the glass before serving.
  • Decorate the glass with a slice of orange and a candied cherry.
  • And taste!
