LIQUORS

They are made by distilling fruit juices fermented or macerated in brandy or a low alcoholic drink. Distillation can be single or double and is done using a still.

Liqueurs have a sugar level of at least 250g/L .

PUNCH

The word is derived from Hindi: pāñć (“five”).

Punch is a drink made up of 5 basic ingredients: water , alcohol, lemon juice, sugar and spices.

The alcohol used is: rum, gin, liqueur, wine, champagne, etc. And fruit can be added either in pieces or in the form of juice.

PLANTER

The planter is an alcoholic drink made from rum (white or old), spices and fruit juice.

ARRANGED RUM

It is also an alcoholic drink made from white rum (or even old rum, depending on individual tastes), fruits and/or spices and/or aromatic plants.

The advantage of these types of drinks: they are consumed in cocktails either pure or with other ingredients added.
